- if your reservation is for 3 people or more, then we automatically arrange the sofa. bed. If you are 2 people and still want the sofa bed to be prepared for sleeping, you must let us know before check-in time. Any requests for sleeping space after check-in may incur additional costs.🛋️
- the apartment can only be used for residential purposes. For any other use, such as for photography or video filming (video clips, video blogs, etc.), you must have our approval. It is strictly forbidden to record and publish images of the apartment without our approval.📸

Other things to remember
Please note that the exterior of the building may not be visually appealing.

Most of the central buildings are old, historic buildings and are not in a very nice condition. Most of them are currently on the list for future renovations.

We assure you that despite the appearance, the area is safe and there have never been any safety issues.

Furthermore, we guarantee that the interior of the apartment has nothing to do with the building. Once you enter the apartment, you will have a wonderful experience.😊
