Kindly be aware: *The apartment can only be used for residential purposes. For any other use, such as for photoshoots or video shoots (videoclips, video blogs, etc.), you must have our approval. It is strictly forbidden to record and publish images of the apartment without our approval.
The rental amount for photo/video shoots starts at 100 euro, depending on your needs. For a correct price offer for this purpose, please contact us in advance before making the reservation.
You have private access to the whole accommodation and its amenities. All of the apartment’s features are there for you to enjoy.
We kindly ask you to note that the exterior aspect of the building may not be visually pleasing.
Most of the central buildings are old, historic buildings and are not in a very pleasant state. Most of them are currently on the list of future reconditioners.
We assure you that, despite the appearance, the area is safe and there have never been any safety issues.
More, we guarantee that the interior of the apartment has nothing to do with the building. Once you enter the apartment, you will have a wonderful experience :)
